Our Story

We’re Daniella Wolfson and Chavi Mandelbaum, founders of The Manchester. We met in 2017 and quickly bonded over a shared experience — each of us had lost a parent at a young age and wanted to honor their memories. What started as a monthly seniors’ brunch in Chavi’s dining room grew into a bigger dream: a dedicated space for women’s learning and connection. That dream became The Manchester. The name combines the names of our parents — Daniella’s father, MANny, and Chavi’s mother, ESThER — whose legacies continue to inspire everything we do.
